Olive Oil Returns to Collins!

Its back by popular demand!  So many people enjoyed the Canaan Fair Trade olive oil, and related middle-eastern cooking products that were sold in the Commons during the Christmas season that the Global Mission committee has received the go-ahead to conduct sales on a quarterly basis.

The next sale of these delicious, organic products will be during coffee hour on Sunday, June 17.  Plan now to enhance your pantry – with organic, fair-trade olive oil from Canaan Fair Trade, along with mafatoul (Palestinian cous-cous) and Zataar (a yummy seasoning!).

Canaan Fair Trade is a cooperative of Palestinian farmers, who market their product through both commercial and faith-based outlets in the U.S..  Members of the FUMC UMVIM team to the Holy Land visited them while on their trip in October.  Profits from the sales will go to benefit mission projects in the Holy Land.
