Third Grade Bible Retreat

November 2-3

All third grade students are invited to attend this year’s Third Grade Bible Retreat.  Join Megan and Jeremy for a fun afternoon of Bible education, games, and food.  The student retreat will be November 2 from 3:00- 5:00 PM, followed by a family dinner at 5:00 PM.  Students and families should plan to attend worship on November 3, where they will take part in a special presentation of Bibles.

If you haven’t already, please email with the following information: If your 3rd grader will be attending the Saturday Retreat, if your family will be attending the Family dinner and how many people.  If you child will be in worship on Sunday, and how you would like your child’s name to appear on his or her Bible.  Please email this information TODAY!


Christmas Pageant Interest Meeting

November 3

All parents are encouraged to attend a Christmas Pageant Interest Meeting in Room 204 on Sunday morning, beginning at 9:30 AM.  Jeremy will be sharing information about this year’s Christmas Program, outlining available parts, and giving you time to  ask questions and indicate if your child would like a speaking role.


Acolyte Training

November 10

Our wonderful acolyte organizer, Martha Connell, and Rev Jeremy Smith will be facilitating a second acolyte training for any students who were unable to attend in September.  The training will be held in the sanctuary following the morning worship service.  Both students and parents should plan to attend.




FISH Food of the Month for November: Canned Fruit

Students can leave donations in their Sunday School classrooms or the barrels looked in the Narthex.
