Allison is a born and raised Oregonian, hailing from the coastal town of Coos Bay where she and her younger brother grew up surrounded by a large extended family that remains there to this day. She is currently in her second year as the Director of Choirs at Cleveland High School where she works with wonderful students that inspire her everyday. Allison feels so lucky to have music weaved into all aspects of her life; she sings with the Oregon Repertory Singers, gigs with PSU Chamber Choir, and is every excited to now be a part of the FUMC Choir family. When Allison is not waving her arms or singing, she loves to illustrate, paint and draw, cook and eat food with friends, practice yoga, dream about interior design and gardening, and to go on walks with her husband Lennie, and their two dogs, Henry and Ella Beans Fitzgerald.
