Many thanks to all who contributed items and/or helped assemble Hygiene Kits during the recent Youth and Family Ministries/Global Missions project of putting together kits for the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR). Forty-one complete kits were assembled, and another 24 needed one or two items to complete them. A few more nail clippers and tubes of toothpaste will see them completed and ready to go.

And, of course, there were leftovers of some items (toothbrushes, soap and combs), which will be kept for a future assembly project! The kits will make their first appearance at Annual Conference in Meridian, Idaho in early June, after which they will be stored for use by those who are affected by natural or man-made disasters in the local area.
