Join us for the Fourth Sunday after Pentecost. Rev. Lowell Greathouse will preach on Mark 4:26-34 (CEB) as we continue our “Summer Mixtape” series.

Join us for the Third Sunday after Pentecost. Rev. Drew Hogan will preach on Mark 3:20-35 (CEB) as we begin the “Summer Mixtape” series.

Join us for the Second Sunday after Pentecost. Rev. Karyn Richards-Kuan will discuss Acts 8:26-39 (CEB). We will also be taking Holy Communion.

Join us for Trinity Sunday, where Rev. Karyn Richards-Kuan will be discussing Acts 10: 1-17, 28, 34-35.

We will welcome into membership this year’s students who will be confirmed in worship. This year’s Pentecost celebration also includes the world premiere of a commissioned work by local composer David Walters. “Meditations on Fire” is an inspiring multi-movement piece, guiding us through the celebration, reverence, and mystery of the descent of the Holy Spirit upon Jesus’ disciples. Special musicians will accompany our Chancel Choir as we celebrate the Pentecost together!

Rev. Ethan Gregory will be discussing Matthew 11:25-30 (The Message).

We come together with the knowledge that God loves us first. Rev. Karyn Richards-Kuan will be discussing 1 John 4:7-9, 19-21 (CEB).

Join the Portland FUMC youth for Youth Sunday. We’ll be celebrating Native American Ministries Sunday, Earth Day, and Graduating Seniors will be receiving quilts; part of an 11-year-old tradition of supporting and nurturing our youth.

For our Third Sunday of Easter, Rev. Ethan Gregory will discuss John 21:1-19 (CEB).

For our Second Sunday of Easter, Rev. Karyn Richards-Kuan discusses John 20:19-31 (CEB).

The “Great 50 Days” of Easter begins as we gather to celebrate the Resurrection. The Festival Brass will play. The Chancel Choir will sing. And, together, we will proclaim the good news of our God.
